Just wanted to let those who are interested know, I'm a new business owner. I opened a restaurant Feb 8th 2005, located in a small university town. I'm sorry about showing up late on sat and not being able to be at sunday's raid. Having most of my employees in school it has been a rough few weeks at this time of year as most of them travel home for the holidays, leaving me no choice but to work more. As it gets closer to the start of semester more of them will be showing back up for school and work giving me more or a set schedule. Thanks for your understanding and I'm sorry if I seem a little flakie right now.
