OMG Kit, are you saying I don't have organization!?!?! Just because I am in the lead for "Most Raid Wipe-outs Lead" doesn't mean... er... ok, maybe it does.

/pounces on Malakie !!

About time you came and said Hi. Grab a beer, and lemme tell you some wipe out stories. Ever seen 200+ Skeletons in one room? Ever had 150 of them run you over? (wish I could have got an SS of that death screen).

*laughs* Trust me this is different.

The encounter is part of the Carprin cycle. Each death spawns four skeletons. Right before the target died, one of our tanks got a bit happy with his new toy and snagged aggro and died. The four that spawned immediately converged on someone, killed them and spawned four buddies.

I was doing the "Nice work Clerics! We won!" dance in the cleric channel. As I turned around to see if anyone needed after fight healing, I saw three groups of four Skeletons bouncing from player to player and I was thinking "Wow, they are moving kinda neat. I've never seen mobs move in synch like that!"

And then there were more. And more, and I was thinking "Hmmm where are they coming from? I don't remember seeing this on the other Carprin cycles." Then I realized what was happening, but it looked so cool, all I could do was stare with my jaw hanging as three mobs of skels just ripped through our raid. And then the three mobs merged into one huge river of skeletons and flowed right over my cute little butt.

The death screen when I died looked like some arial view of a Skeleton Marathon. When I died there was about 160 skeletons racing around this room. I was laughing so hard, I couldn't even say anything in channel. The lag was so bad, the rogues could barely pull our corpses out.

Malak,

That's a very good looking young man in Thecker's sig. However, I understand that you can't exactly reference the mirror, so I'll go easy on you.

It's a "5" sig, as folks have taken to calling them.

Here's a Ss of it when we were still about 50 percent alive.

Sellik sums it up pretty well :)

Linking instead of posting inline because it's still a BMP and kind of large.

I hit escape on this one. There were literally so many skeletons that even walking past the room where they stopped after the last person zoned/died almost froze my systems up.. and we're talking a top end system too.

It has the be the single biggest train I have ever seen since I started playing and I started playing the first day of release

LOL I was honored to be there for that one too...it was...incredible LOL

I tend to sing that 50's surfing song...."wipeout". With the skele laughter....seemed appropriate. *G*
