According to the announcements, only bank account information from certain Europeon countries was accessed. I believe they mentioned 4 countries.

I would expect to see promos once the integrity of their system is secured.

Yes, EQTR just shut down recently

They generally do the free month around the anniversary dates, which just passed

Think they email former active accounts about it, so make sure your account's email is up-to-date.
